89db bat Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 89db bat platform and all related services. These Terms have been prepared for users in Bangladesh and serve as a legally binding agreement between the platform owner and the user.

By opening an account, logging in, placing bets, accepting bonuses, or playing any game on 89db bat, you agree to abide by all the terms listed below. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. For general information about 89db bat, please visit our About Us page.

1.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on 89db bat, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age at the time of registration will result in the account being closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

This platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Placing bets on behalf of professional organisations, corporate entities, or third parties is not permitted.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is against the rules. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of account creation is mandatory. Incorrect or false information in names, mobile numbers, or payment details is not acceptable. 89db bat may request identity documents or other supporting documents at any time for verification purposes.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Sharing login credentials with others or granting third-party access is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on 89db bat can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. No transaction fee applies to deposits. Every deposit transaction is completed through secure encrypted channels.

2.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

2.3 Identity Verification

89db bat reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit — transfers to a different number are not possible. 89db bat reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

2.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Accounts associated with money laundering, card fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus amount, it must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳15,000 in total bets.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met. A bonus is never equivalent to cash.

3.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, artificial bets, or any other improper means will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and any winnings. 89db bat reserves the right to modify the terms of the bonus programme at any time.

3.3 VIP Programme

89db bat's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. This cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on overall activity on the platform.

3.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Any offer is valid for a specific period and will expire if not used within that time.
• One offer cannot be combined with another unless explicitly stated.
• 89db bat may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If a dispute arises regarding the terms of a promotion, the decision of 89db bat will be considered final.

4.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, 89db bat reserves the right to cancel a bet due to technical errors, incorrect market information, or other uncontrollable events. The original stake will be refunded for any cancelled bet.

4.2 Abandoned or Incomplete Events

If a sporting event is not completed within the scheduled time or is abandoned, the outcome of that bet will be settled according to the rules set by 89db bat. Generally, if an event is abandoned, the bet is considered void and the stake is returned.

4.3 Casino Games and RTP

All casino games are operated through third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game may vary according to information published by the provider.

4.4 Match Fixing and Misconduct

Participation in match fixing, misuse of insider information, or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

4.5 Software and Technical Abuse

Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any other unauthorised technology to gain an advantage on the 89db bat platform is completely prohibited. Immediate action will be taken if such activity is detected.

89db bat believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — not a means to solve financial problems. We are mindful of the mental wellbeing and financial safety of our users.

5.1 Setting Personal Limits

Users can set limits on their deposits, bets, or sessions. Using these limits is strongly recommended if you feel a tendency to play excessively.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

Any user can request that their account be temporarily or permanently closed for a specific period. This facility is available free of charge and is implemented through the support team.

5.3 Protection of Minors

Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. It is recommended that parents use parental control software to prevent underage family members from accessing this site. For more details on responsible gaming, please read our Responsible Gaming page.

89db bat treats the security of users' personal information as a top priority. Information collected during registration is used only for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and preventing fraud.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure at the Platform's Discretion

89db bat reserves the right to close any account in any of the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or dishonest conduct
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Registration by a minor
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities

8.3 Temporary Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended if required for investigation or in cases of suspicious activity. During this time, withdrawals or placing bets may not be possible. Once the investigation is complete, the account will either be reactivated or permanently closed.

8.4 Technical Maintenance

Services may need to be temporarily suspended for routine maintenance or upgrades. In such situations, 89db bat will try to notify users in advance, though this may not always be possible.

89db bat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. 89db bat will not be held responsible for losses arising from disruptions to platform access, technical errors, third-party software issues, or any other uncontrollable events.

9.1 Third-Party Services

89db bat is not responsible for any losses caused by disruptions to payment gateways, game providers, or other third-party services. However, every effort is made to resolve such issues promptly.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

89db bat endeavours to keep odds, event information, and statistics displayed on the site accurate at all times. However, 89db bat reserves the right to make corrections if any discrepancy is found.

10.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about a bet, transaction, or service, please contact the 89db bat support team first. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Bengali and English — via live chat and email.

10.2 Internal Review

If the issue is not resolved after contacting the support team, you may request a review at a higher level. 89db bat is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.

10.3 Final Decision

89db bat's decision on bet outcomes, bonus calculations, or account-related matters will be considered final, though there is an opportunity for reconsideration in the case of a clear technical error. For answers to general questions, please see our FAQ section.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of a conflict between the Bengali version and any other language version, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 89db bat and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings. No verbal promise made by any staff member can alter these written Terms.

11.4 Transfer of Terms

Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. 89db bat may transfer these rights and obligations with prior notice.
